We also guarantee that, if you email us during our business hours, we will respond to your email within one hour. We think that providing a personal and honest answer is very important. Support level
We are happy to assist you if you have any questions about our services. We can also answer questions about the network or the hardware layer of your server.
Tilaa provides IaaS services (Infrastructure as a Service). This means that you manage the software layer of your server yourself. We are happy to help you if you have questions about this, but this is not officially supported. It is possible to have Tilaa manage the software layer of your server by signing up for the managed server pack.
Business hours
We are open from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 10 pm to answer your questions by email and telephone. On Saturday and Sunday between 10 am and 5 pm we can be reached by email. We operate from the Europe/Amsterdam timezone. Contact.
